As a result, we are looking for an experienced HSE Systems Coordinator to join our team. Offered as a full-time role based in our West Perth office, this business support role will administer and maintain a variety of HSEQ-related systems and play a key role in achieving and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. Our Role Reporting to our HSEQ Systems Manager and working within our broader HSEQ team, areas of focus for this role include: Develop, implement, and maintain Warrikal’s HSEQ Management System. Use, maintain and drive continuous improvement of HSEQ software databases (DoneSafe, Intertek). Ensure all HSEQ procedures, policies, and supporting documentation are up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements. Coordinate training programs for staff on HSEQ protocols, system usage and compliance requirements. Support and improve Warrikal’s documents and procedures to align with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certification requirements. Assist in the establishment and maintenance of tools for reporting, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Facilitate the integration of HSEQ management systems into daily operations across departments. Support system improvement initiatives based on audit findings, incident reports, and employee feedback. YOUR BACKGROUND Previous experience with HSEQ systems ideally within the resources and/or construction sector. Working knowledge of WHS Act and Regulations (WA) and ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards. Tertiary qualifications within a related field will be highly regarded as will previous experience with ISO certification. Proven stakeholder engagement capability with the ability to support business systems delivery. Strong organisation and computer literacy skills (experience with event management systems such as DoneSafe is highly desirable). WHY WARRIKAL?
