We are seeking an experienced HSEQ & Training Manager to join KingKira Group. Your Key Responsibilities Oversee and enhance HSEQ systems to meet regulatory and organizational standards. Manage a team of safety advisors working across both contracts and local branches. Review and develop effective training programs to upskill teams and ensure compliance. Collaborate with departments to promote a safety-first culture. Monitor and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. What You Bring Proven experience in HSEQ management and training. Experience in the development/improvement of HSEQ&T Management Systems. Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A passion for creating a safe, sustainable, and compliant workplace. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in equivalent or related field preferred.
