About Us: Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions. The Role: This role is responsible for the review of current practices and driving innovative solutions to common HSSE risks that have a significant impact on operations. You will create continual improvement in HSSE by utilising and developing industry best practices and act as the HSSE Management System representative and monitor performance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee and coordinate all WHS Management issues and obligations as per Section 3.6 of Facilities Management Services Module 1. Responsible for the management of JLL’s Risk, QMS, and Health and Safety for the account, whilst ensuring business lines compliance with statutory regulations and standards. Create, develop, maintain, and promote policies and procedures that create a healthy and safe workplace for the client, JLL employees, and sub-contractors. Provide HSSE advice and solutions to the client, aligned to the Service Level Agreement outlined in the MSA. Develop and maintain a WHS management system/playbook. Manage hazard and risk identification, incident investigation, and risk assessment in line with agreed procedures. Manage and monitor Hazard and Risk Register and establish/maintain a robust governance process across the clients owned and leased property portfolio. What you will bring: Extensive experience in providing HSSE advice to line managers. Demonstrated high-level skills in dealing confidently and courteously with people at all levels. Demonstrated ability to transfer HSSE knowledge to operational staff and managers, and provide effective training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Tertiary qualifications in HSSE or related field with demonstrable experience within a similar role will be well regarded. 3-7 years of proven experience working in real estate services processes and facilities/property management, and health and safety. A demonstrated aptitude for the interpretation and analysis of numerical data, preferably in an HSSE context, with an understanding of how they relate to property, facilities, and workplace management. The ability to extract and analyse data into clear and logical reports with particular attention to detail. Proficiency with multiple IT systems/tools, use of the MS Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, particularly Excel with knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, etc. Membership of a Professional Institution is preferred.
