The Centigrade Group is made up of multiple divisions: Mechanical Contracting, Commissioning, Services and Medical Gases, providing a skilled workforce and specialised services across Western Australia. Due to significant growth across the business, we are currently seeking a motivated, experienced, and talented Contracts/Construction Manager to support the Mechanical Contracting business based in Perth and reporting to the Managing Director. Responsibilities Construction Management You will be responsible for managing the projects team and oversee activities on construction projects. You will manage your project managers from project award and onsite installation through to the successful commissioning, ensuring construction compliance, required quality, and maintaining Centigrade values for successful project delivery. Contract Management You will be responsible for the review of construction contracts including advice on high-risk contracts, terms, and conditions. Have negotiation strategies/skills and facilitate complex contractual negotiations. You will actively monitor and evaluate project contract performance against various metrics and ensure appropriate strategies are in place for positive project outcomes. Qualifications HVAC Mechanical Engineering Qualification (desirable) Excellent knowledge of computer-based programs Word, Excel, Project, Bluebeam. Ability to prioritise multiple projects and deadlines. High attention to detail is essential. Strong organisational, planning, and decision-making skills. Develop and Mentor your project team.
