HVAC Services Manager | NSW Other About the Role We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee daily operations, manage service teams, and drive operational excellence. This role is responsible for rostering, job scheduling, technician supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Reporting to the Account Manager, you will lead a team of Technicians, Service Coordinators, and Team Leaders, ensuring high productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Operational Excellence Manage daily operations, job scheduling, and technician assignments. Drive technician productivity and ensure efficient resource deployment. Hold team members accountable for operational processes and quality outcomes. Client & Service Delivery Management Ensure compliance with contract requirements, industry regulations, and safety standards. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving. Oversee procurement and management of contractors. Safety & Compliance Ensure all work is conducted safely and efficiently in line with workplace health and safety (WHS) standards. Monitor risk assessments, SWMS allocation, and training compliance. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. People & Performance Management Recruit, onboard, and develop technicians and service coordinators. Identify training and upskilling opportunities for the team. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For 5+ years experience in HVAC service management or operational leadership role. Strong team leadership , rostering, and workforce planning experience. Background in service business operations, field service, or maintenance. Excellent communication , problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of workplace safety regulations and industry compliance. Australian Driver’s Licence & OHS Construction Induction (White Card) required. Why Join Us?
