Are you a seasoned HVAC Service Technician/Service Manager seeking an operational role within a HVAC Manufacturer? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The mentioned role will draw on your service skills but in a unique capacity. You will inherit a portfolio of third party approved repairers/contractors across Melbourne. Your objective is three-fold: Ensure that all approved repairers are meeting minimum service standards (job outcomes, response times etc) Onboard new approved repairers and deliver product training when required Support approved repairers where needed Rarely does an opportunity of this nature present itself, merging your service/technical skills in a role that is 100% off the tools and offers more operational/commercial focus.
