They have been operating for over 15 years in Australia and have a strong reputation within the industry, offering great career progression, genuine company perks, and large scale commercial sites - no residential or domestic work. Due to growth, they are now seeking a HVAC technician to manage a large commercial site in Western Sydney, which includes central plant, chilled water, retail, VRV, and VRF systems. This role would be ideal for a senior technician looking to manage a large scale static site. Your day to day duties will be but aren't limited to: Service and maintenance of HVAC equipment Preventive and reactive maintenance Working with on-site facilities manager and multi trades Reporting directly into a service manager Managing a large static site OT on offer if needed Managing one of Sydney's most iconic sites Selection Criteria: Trade qualified - Air conditioning Two recent references Strong communication skills Strong time management Two years post-trade experience Current license #J-18808-Ljbffr
