Our client base is made up of marine, supermarket, industrial, commercial and domestic. About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HVAC&R Service Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. As the HVAC&R Service Manager , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the service department. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a skilled manager with extensive HVAC experience, a strong focus on leadership, and a passion for providing top-tier service. This role offers flexibility, stability & long-term job security for the successful applicant. Tasks & Responsibilities Manage, coach and motivate the field and administration team by providing leadership and expert knowledge Oversee customer service quality, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure the timely resolution of issues Provide technical phone support for field staff as required Ensure that all work is completed according to company standards and industry regulations Support the Service Supervisor and assist in the day-to-day operational running of the Service Department About You As our new HVAC&R Service Manager , you will have the experience to manage a service department and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations. You will have the knowledge and understanding of how to support a team and provide leadership and guidance to get the most out of the department. You will have: Extensive experience in the HVAC industry A strong focus on safety & quality of work standards Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience in day-to-day business operations Great salary + super & 17.5% leave loading RDO every 4 weeks to make a long weekend, resulting in an extra 13 long weekends a year Uniforms (5 x sets) Company vehicle (4X4 Dual Cab) Long term job security Great conditions and a friendly team environment with full support from a well-established higher management team Your application will include the following questions: Are you licensed to drive a manual vehicle?
