The Position As the Hard FM Operations Manager, you will oversee the BHP Facilities Management – Hard FM Contract, ensuring compliance, performance, and high-quality service delivery. Reporting to the Delta FM Senior Operations Manager, you will: Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including maintenance staff, subcontractors, and support services. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, clients, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and legislative standards while driving a positive safety culture. Manage budgets, optimise resources, and drive financial performance. Oversee contract KPIs, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop, mentor, and train team members to foster a high-performing workforce. The Person To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities, project, or asset management. Proven ability to manage multiple sites and lead diverse teams. Strong commercial acumen with budget management expertise. Comprehensive understanding of WHS and environmental principles. Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
