Mackay & Central QLD - Greater Gladstone & Central QLD Casual $55.00-$60.00 p/hour Job details Haul Truck Operators - Curragh Mine Project Location: Curragh Mine DIDO Only Roster: 7/7 Days/Nights About our client: WorkPac has partnered with a leading coal mining company to deliver end-to-end open-cut mining services, from mine development to rehabilitation. What you will be doing: Operating Electric Komatsu 830, 730, and other trucks, including Hitachi 4400, Terex 3300, Cat 795, and Mechanical Cat 785/789/793/797 Adhering to site safety protocols and systems Demonstrating safe and efficient behaviour in daily tasks Using mining experience to operate equipment and meet productivity goals What you will need: Previous mining experience operating dump trucks, with a minimum of 12 months in mining essential A Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical obtained within the last 2 years, or a willingness to obtain them An SSE signed skills list, a current driver's license, and the legal right to work in Australia The ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment before starting What's in it for you? 7/7 roster for work life balance Opportunities for training and development Fatigue rooms will be provided for anyone who drives more than 4 hours If you are an experienced operator looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we want to hear from you!
