Reporting directly to the Director of News, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of news delivery and ensuring ABC NEWS remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence. The Job Strategic Business Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that align with ABC's vision and mission, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Transformation Leadership: Working alongside the Transformation Office, spearhead transformative projects and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, embrace technological advancements, and deliver exceptional news experiences across all platforms. Operational Excellence: Continuously assess and optimise operational processes, drive the development and implementation of systems and workflows, leading to efficiencies and the seamless integration of cross-functional teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with senior leadership, news teams, and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation, efficiency, and success.
