Job Title: Head of IT The role entails developing an IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives, managing the IT team, and overseeing daily operational requirements. Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute an IT strategy to support business objectives. Lead the IT team and manage day-to-day operational IT needs. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders on IT project prioritization and execution. Conduct IT planning, budgeting, and vendor relationship management. Implement best practices for cybersecurity and business continuity planning. Support and maintain IT applications, network, security, and infrastructure. This critical role reports directly to the CEO and requires a seasoned IT professional with expertise in consumer goods/wholesale industries. The ideal candidate should have experience with application software administration, particularly ERP systems, and possess strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and data literacy.
