We are seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with our objectives Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software applications Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive client data and firm information Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality Ensure that all IT operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and tools Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions Requirements Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and document management systems Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive organisational change Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
