Key Responsibilities: Provide in-class support and develop strategies for students’ individual learning needs Guide staff on differentiation techniques to improve teaching effectiveness Develop, implement, and review Individualised Learning Plans (ILPs) Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents and welfare staff Manage NCCD process and ensure compliance Needed for this Role: English teaching background, ideally with a focus on literacy outcomes Or a desire to step into a leadership role, with a people-focused approach Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of the school Expertise in supporting students with diverse learning needs, including gifted and talented students Ability to create positive, inclusive learning environments Experience in developing teaching programs and training staff Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching strategies Strong communication skills, with a focus on engaging parents and the community Join this school in fostering a culture of growth and academic excellence.
