The Role A unique opportunity for a qualified and highly experienced Head Pastry Chef has arisen to join the kitchen team. We are looking for an outstanding person who has had experience working in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen, creating and delivering high-quality pastries and desserts. About You A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a professional environment Able to work 5 days per week – on a rotating roster Loves desserts, modern pastry and has a strong creative ability Has worked in a high-volume production environment with standards focused on quality Be a positive leader with the ability to lead by example Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation A strong understanding of food and labour cost controls Have a sound knowledge of OH&S, HACCP, Par levels, stock control, ordering, and stock taking Apply To apply for this role, please fill out the questions on our careers page.
