Lead and develop automotive technicians to deliver quality mechanical servicing, maintenance and repairs of vehicles. We are looking for a Head Technician to join our Strathfield team! Key Responsibilities: Deliver high standards of customer service Coach and develop workshop team to solve operational performance problems Manage stock levels to suit operational demand Maintain the mechanic workshop in a clean, safe and professional condition Requirements: Extensive understanding of Workshop Service and Repairs on all makes and models Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology / MVTC License (NSW) MVTC License or equivalent Must hold a current driver's license Join us for a career with Motorserve!
