Head and Neck Surgeon Opportunity - Bendigo - Head Medical Head and Neck Surgeon Opportunity in Bendigo We are seeking an experienced Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgeon to join our team at a major regional hospital in Victoria. About the Role: Deliver specialist-level care to patients requiring Head and Neck services at Bendigo Health. Conduct emergency ENT procedures as the consultant on call, ensuring timely and effective treatment of complex conditions. Participate in outpatient services, including comprehensive assessments and management plans for new patients. Provide clinical and professional leadership, supervision, and teaching of junior medical staff, promoting excellence in patient care and healthcare outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimize patient outcomes. Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, applying evidence-based practices to improve patient care. Requirements: FRACS or equivalent specialist qualification in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia. Proven experience in managing complex Head and Neck cases, with excellent surgical skills and judgment.
