Job Description
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Head of Accounts / Financial Controller to join the team. The company is a large apartment developer and construction company.Your main role and responsibilities: Help manage all financial activities, adhering to accounting standards. Work closely with the CFO. Prepare and review all financial statements and reports. Assist with budgeting and forecasting. Work closely with other departments to improve financial performance. Support planning and decision-making processes. Experience and Qualities required: Be able to effectively communicate with management and staff. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred but not essential. Demonstrated experience in accounting or finance roles within the joinery or construction industry. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite. This position includes: $120k - $140k + Super (depending on experience and qualifications) This is an opportunity to join a growing business.
