Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining best practices for the Application Development Teams to drive high performance. You will also manage resource sourcing and augmentation, release planning, architecture & design of applications and tools that support the Credit Corp Group Collections and Lending business. This role requires you to have a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and management experience, with a strong focus on best practice and building a high performance culture. Key Responsibilities include: Participate in company strategic planning process in order to determine longer-term technology and business benefits. Identify high-level gaps to be addressed together with estimated costs and timings. Ensure projects meet architecture and design objectives and enhance. Develop an internal customer service delivery platform incorporating internal customer SLAs/KPIs together with a regular system of feedback through helpdesk metrics. Sourcing and management of onshore and offshore resourcing to deliver projects. Disciplined adherence to change management policies and Project/Software Development Framework as well as structuring, documentation, testing, maintenance and training standards for all changes. Establish policies, procedures and systems to maintain data and systems secured to a standard agreed by the CIO. In order to be successful in this role you will be: Demonstrated leadership experience of a multi-disciplinary IT team. Leading use of Agile Scrum Framework with Atlassian Jira toolset. Extensive experience in supporting, maintaining and enhancing large business systems and web environments. Systems and Project management. Experience in IT strategic planning and budgeting, including preparing and presenting business cases. Demonstrated ability in vendor and contract management. Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams with a culture of customer service and process improvement. Degree qualification in computer science, computer engineering or related field.
