About the Role As the Head of Architecture, you’ll oversee a team of 8-10 Solution Architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You’ll take the lead in: Establishing and managing an Architecture Centre of Excellence to promote best practices, standards, and methodologies. Crafting and implementing a forward-thinking cloud strategy to support their business objectives. Ensuring alignment of architecture principles with business and IT strategies, driving scalable and sustainable solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver cutting-edge retail technology solutions. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Proven leadership experience managing architecture teams, ideally in a retail environment. A strong background in enterprise architecture, with expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure). A track record of delivering complex, high-impact technology initiatives.
