THE ROLE: Lead & Inspire – Oversee a talented Girlswear Buying team, ensuring strong collaboration and innovation. Trend-Led Product Strategy – Use your expert knowledge of kids' fashion trends, fabrications, and silhouettes to create commercially strong and fashion-forward collections. Sales & Profitability – Develop ranges that maximise sales, manage stock flow effectively, and drive profitability. Customer-Centric Approach – Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to ensure collections are always ahead of the curve. Supplier & Stakeholder Management – Work closely with design, planning, and suppliers to ensure seamless product development and timely deliveries. This role is ideal for a senior buyer or established Head of Buying with a deep understanding of the Girlswear market.
