Head of Client Management - Commercial Insurance $300K Our client is excited to introduce a newly created position within their distribution team to drive growth in their commercial business.About the Role As the Head of Client Management , you will be instrumental in strengthening relationships and expanding business opportunities within a portfolio of top-tier corporate clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and executing a client strategy for the top 50–100 corporate clients. Building strong relationships with Insurance Program Managers and key stakeholders. Identifying cross-sell opportunities and fostering business growth. Partnering with international and corporate brokers to uncover new and existing opportunities. Adding value to brokers and their businesses through a true partnership model. Driving client retention and securing new business in collaboration with brokers. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in client management within the general insurance or broking sector. Deep knowledge of insurance programs for ASX-listed corporate clients. Strategic expertise in developing and executing client account plans. A collaborative approach , delivering strong client outcomes. Demonstrated success in enhancing ASX-listed clients' insurance programs.
