Lead the compliance function, ensuring regulatory adherence and strategic risk management within a dynamic financial services environment. Mars Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a leading financial services organisation to find a Head of Compliance to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader with a strong compliance background to shape and drive compliance initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's compliance strategy in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Provide strategic advice to senior management on compliance-related matters. Stay updated on financial regulations, ensuring company-wide adherence. Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance. Identify and assess compliance risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments. Formulate, review, and update compliance policies and procedures. Implement robust monitoring and reporting systems for compliance metrics. Ensure effective incident reporting and resolution of compliance violations. Develop and oversee compliance training programs to enhance employee awareness. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for enhancement. Lead investigations into potential compliance breaches. Review and approve marketing materials, including financial promotions and client communications. Oversee compliance complaints, ensuring appropriate resolutions. Ensure adherence to all workplace health and safety legislation. Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Key Requirements: Proven experience in compliance leadership within Global Markets Financial Services . Strong knowledge of regulatory standards related to CFDs, Forex, and Commodities . Detailed understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks. Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders. Experience conducting compliance risk assessments and audits. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
