We’re scaling globally, and you’ll play a critical role in leading our growth strategy. The Role As Head of Customer Growth & Success, you’ll lead and scale a high-performing sales team. You’ll own our customer growth strategy, drive new business acquisition, and build deep partnerships that fuel expansion. This is a senior leadership role with significant impact—one that requires energy, precision, and a relentless focus on results. This is a hybrid position, with time split between our new Belrose HQ (with free parking!) and flexible work-from-home arrangements. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a high-growth sales strategy across ANZ and the UK Lead, coach, and scale a high-performance sales team Build and nurture key client partnerships, ensuring long-term value and retention Drive new business while minimising churn and maximising customer lifetime value Leverage data and insights to make informed, strategic decisions Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation and boost brand visibility Represent Altura Learning at industry events and networking opportunities The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Australian Police check and must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
