Job Description Capital Raising: Lead and execute strategies to raise capital for private credit funds, targeting institutional investors like pension funds, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds. Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional investors, ensuring regular communication and trust. Fund Marketing & Communications: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and investor updates to effectively communicate the fund's strategy and performance. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a distribution team, setting clear goals and ensuring execution of fundraising and investor engagement strategies. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and investor needs to drive firm growth. Market Analysis & Reporting: Provide senior management with insights into market conditions, investor feedback, and competitive dynamics. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate for the Head of Distribution role will have: Extensive Experience: At least 10 years in institutional sales, capital raising, or investor relations, preferably within private credit or alternative investments. Proven Track Record: A history of successfully raising capital and managing relationships with institutional investors such as pension funds, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds.
