Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and executive leaders, ensuring change initiatives and communication strategies align with organisational priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders, providing counsel on communication approaches during periods of change. Establish a strategy to enhance colleague engagement via internal channels, ensuring messages are relevant, consistent, and aligned with our goals and values. Plan and lead high-impact company-wide employee events including town halls, leadership briefings, and recognition programs.
