Your Opportunity Reporting to the Executive Leader Infrastructure Planning & Delivery, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary Engineering and Professional Services team, delivering exceptional engineering advisory services and technical support. An influential leader with a passion for creating innovative infrastructure solutions, you will work closely with peers to enable the execution of projects that balance efficiency with effectiveness, and shape, create, and deliver integrated solutions that optimise capital, operational, and maintenance outcomes. With an objective mindset, you will provide expert guidance to senior managers, supporting the implementation of policy, projects, and change initiatives. You’ll also champion the customer to ensure a timely, cost-effective, agile service delivery supported by reliable internal support. As a valued member of Urban Utilities’ leadership team, you’ll inspire confidence and trust by prioritising safety, health, and wellbeing. With a people-first mindset, you’ll foster an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity of thought, perspectives, and expression. Who You Are A confident and empathetic leader with experience managing multidisciplinary teams, you will have a track record of delivering engineering excellence on large-scale projects. A collaborative professional who thrives on building partnerships and delivering value for customers, you will possess a Bachelor of Engineering and be a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
