Architect / Technical Lead (Software Development) Location: Brisbane, AustraliaEmployment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Architect / Technical Lead to join our team in Brisbane. This role involves guiding development teams, defining system architectures, and ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and high-performing. You will collaborate with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions, lead code reviews, and solve complex technical problems. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust system architectures. Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to define technical specifications based on requirements. Technology Evaluation: Assess and select appropriate technologies to meet system needs. Code Review: Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and performance. Problem Solving: Oversee system integration and resolve technical challenges. Documentation & Standards: Contribute to documentation and development standards. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative solutions. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across systems. Essential Requirements: 10+ years of experience in building desktop applications , with at least 5 years in a lead role . Strong hands-on technical leadership and experience guiding teams. Expertise in architectural design for scalable systems. Proficient in Delphi , C# , and PostgreSQL . Desired Skills & Competencies: Experience with REST APIs and client-server architectures . Familiarity with Azure cloud services . Strong background in desktop development and system integration.
