This is a permanent, full-time position with the flexibility to be based in Sydney or Melbourne for the right person. This role will report into our Chief Financial Officer, and will be responsible for all financial business partner matters relating to the group and its expanding portfolio across AU and NZ. You will oversee the day-to-day finance business partners of the group and further develop the finance business partnering function in alignment with strategic initiatives. What will your typical week look like? Manage a team of Divisional Heads of Finance. Lead, develop, and coach individuals and the team to maximise performance, fuel individual growth, and drive a high-performance team. Oversee the annual planning process and regular re-forecasting throughout the year. Prepare monthly financial management reports, narrative updates and quarterly board reports providing detailed business insights. Oversee a finance transformation program to keep the finance function at the cutting edge of its operations. Proven experience in a similar position, leading high performing finance functions and working across complex organisations. A strong track record in developing the commercial capabilities of finance teams with a focus on finance transformation. Exposure to ASX listed businesses. Superb modelling and analysis skills with a strong eye for detail. Strong stakeholder management skills and previous experience liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including senior leadership, executive and board level.
