Celebrating 30+ years of stable, family-led business, preparing for exciting year-on-year growth.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and refine financial and accounting functions. Lead management accounting to ensure detailed financial analysis and reporting. Manage and enhance financial systems and processes. Lead the adoption of a custom accounting technology, setting the standard for industry best practices. Provide strategic financial advice and manage special property acquisitions and developments. Reporting directly to the company owners, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards increased growth, profitability and efficiency.
