About the role Leading the Finance team, you will be looked upon as a leader within the company, and responsible for reporting the quarterly results to investors and the Board. This is a very commercial role assisting both the VC Fund and entrepreneurs with the next phase of growth. Benefits Great culture within leading SaaS business Attractive Remuneration Package circa $230K Package + bonus Duties/Key responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of the financial reporting process, including monthly, half-yearly, and annual closing procedures. Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for management, and board of directors, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of company performance and compliance with relevant regulations. Drive budgeting and forecasting process for the business. Manage overseas shared service team. Assist CEO with strategic projects covering system upgrades, capital raising, competitor analysis etc. Prepare and deliver board reports & other tasks for exec team. Skills and experience Excellent communication, strategy, and leadership skills. Technology and software experience looked upon favourably. Experience in a fast-paced, high growth business.
