This is an opportunity for you to build a consultancy from the ground up, use your voice to drive change and help transform organisations and problem domains. About the Role: We're seeking a forward-thinking, collaborative Finance and Operations Manager who is ready to step into a leadership position as a Head of Finance and Operations at ClearRoute Australia (Sydney or Melbourne based) . This pivotal role reports directly to the Regional Managing Director, with a dotted line to the Global Head of Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and is passionate about driving financial strategy, governance, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial management, including P&L preparation, headcount management, invoicing, and expenses. Oversee financial and operations reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Manage cash flow, weekly forecasts, and financial planning to support business growth. Collaborate across departments to implement strategic initiatives and improve processes. Oversee payroll, superannuation, accounts payable/receivable, and assist with audits and tax preparation. Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to maintain financial health and efficiency. Work with platforms such as Vogsy, Salesforce, and Xero. About You: Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Capable of taking full ownership of end-to-end initiatives. Detail-oriented, assertive, and adaptable in a fast-paced scale-up environment. Tech-savvy with the ability to define and automate reporting solutions alongside tech teams. Experienced in managing complex projects, prioritising tasks, and making sound decisions in dynamic environments. What Next?
