This role will be a key part of Comlink’s senior leadership team. The successful candidate will Provide leadership excellence through the achievement of performance indicators set out in the organisation’s strategic plan and priorities Develop governance systems to support continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation Embed best practice client services to consistently achieve high-quality care and service delivery that supports strategy, operations, and values Manage complaints received from regulatory bodies including the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Ensure the effectiveness of operational risk management systems and practices Oversee the development and monitoring of Comlink’s evaluation and impact measurement frameworks, processes, and systems to ensure program and departmental goals are met Oversee workers' compensation, including claims reporting, tracking, resolution, and prevention Collaborate across the organisation while championing strengths-based leadership, which is ethical, results driven and future oriented Other things you might like to know Reports directly into the CEO Permanent, Full-time Clear growth pathways and career progression opportunities exist to evolve into an Executive level position Some interstate travel is required You can view the selection criteria by downloading the candidate information pack.
