Position Overview: Head of Key Accounts The Head of Key Accounts has the overall responsibility for defining and implementing the On Premise strategy in the key account trade. This includes: Leading, training, coaching, and managing the National Key Accounts team. Ensuring a high-performance level and maximising available resources to achieve business plan objectives. Direct management of top key account customers, including: Management Selling Negotiating Execution Evaluation of national business plans and consumer plans. The Head of Key Accounts should constantly identify business opportunities and trends in their area and build a strong network of decision makers.
