About the Role: As part of the SLT, you will be responsible for the strategic development of the Marketing Calendar and Digital roadmap, leading a high-performing team across eCommerce Trading, Performance & Paid, Creative, Content & Social. Reporting directly into the C-Suite, this is a highly strategic role, focusing on continuing to drive brand awareness and traffic, online growth across all regions, delivering a strong ROI, as well as customer engagement and loyalty & international expansion. Essential Skills & Experience: Extensive, solid experience within Digital & Marketing leadership roles, leading high-performing teams across multiple channels, from the Brand and Creative side, through to technical Digital & eCommerce. Solid experience within omni-channel Retail, working alongside both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated background in strategising and developing the Marketing Calendar, Campaign & Creative development, to drive brand identity and awareness. A track record of delivering YoY growth, increasing ROI & ROAS, maximising Agency partnerships and driving technical advancement. A proven track record of growing brand awareness and market share, both locally and internationally, with strong experience in owning all brand touch points across eCommerce, Wholesale & Social.
