Head of Marketing (Pubs) – Lead strategy across our pub portfolio Managing and operating 30 venues strong and growing in Sydney and Brisbane, Solotel is a family of venues where we live our values of enabling growth, creating unity, and cultivating creativity. We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing (Pubs) to lead and shape the strategy for our pub portfolio. The Role As Head of Marketing for Solotel’s pub portfolio, you will be at the helm of developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across 19 pubs, driving brand awareness, guest acquisition, and revenue growth. Through a strategic lens, your role will oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, public relations, social media, and traditional advertising, with a focus on optimising guest experience and maximizing market share of voice within Sydney’s hospitality industry. Working with multiple direct reports, you will lead, inspire, and nurture cross-departmental collaboration, playing a key role in cultivating a culture of growth, creativity, and high performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior marketer to impart their knowledge and influence into a fast-paced growth environment. Ideal candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of successful campaign development and execution. Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing. Excellent analytical skills to measure marketing performance and identify actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in particular venue GMs. Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a persuasive communicator. Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen eye for customer trends and expectations.
