Head of Marketing and New Product Development About the opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to join Everhard Industries Pty Ltd as Head of Marketing and New Product Development. In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategic marketing vision and oversee the development of new innovative products that cater to the needs of our customers. As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of the business. This is a full-time position based in Geebung, Queensland. What you'll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Everhard Industries' brand, products and services Lead the marketing team in executing targeted campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement Oversee the research and development of new products, ensuring they align with market trends and customer demands Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancements Monitor and analyse market data, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform decision-making Manage the marketing budget and resources to maximise return on investment Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and internal teams What we're looking for Solid experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies Demonstrated expertise in product development, from concept to launch Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the competitive landscape Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or a related field What we offer At Everhard Industries, we value our employees and are committed to providing a supportive, inclusive and flexible work environment.
