We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Medical Services to lead and oversee clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of medical practice across multiple programs. Based in Adelaide, this will be offered as a full- time fixed term position till the end of September 2025.Why This Role? Strategic Influence – Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape clinical excellenceMulti-Site Leadership – Lead medical services across two CBD locations in AdelaideDrive Clinical Standards – Ensure best-practice care delivery across all programsCollaborate with LHNs & Key Stakeholders – Engage with Local Health networks and Industry LeadersLead By Example – Inspire and mentor a large team of cliniciansYour Role & Impact As the Head of Medical Services, you will:Provide strategic medical leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered careOversee and support doctors across various programs, maintaining clinical governance and best practiceMaintain a clinical load, ensuring hands-on engagement in patient care while leading medical excellenceFoster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvementWork closely with Local Health Networks (LHNs), government departments, and healthcare partnersAct as the primary clinical leader, advising on medical matters and accreditationWork in collaboration with the Director of Operations to support workforce planningWho You Are You are an experienced and respected medical leader with:Extensive experience in senior clinical leadership roles within a hospital or healthcare environmentA strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire medical teamsExpertise in clinical governance, patient safety, and quality improvementA deep understanding of the Australian healthcare system, including LHNs and accreditation processesWhat’s On Offer?
