We’re seeking an experienced Head of Delivery for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, leading a team of 8 Delivery Managers and driving key strategic initiatives. About the Role: As the Head of Delivery , you will oversee customer integration projects and company-wide transformation initiatives , ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals. This role requires a balance of leadership, governance, and hands-on delivery oversight , driving Agile best practices while managing multiple high-impact workstreams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 8 Delivery Managers , ensuring high performance and strategic alignment. Oversee customer integration projects and major transformation programs . Drive Agile delivery methodologies , fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Build and manage strong relationships with executive stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners . Establish and refine governance frameworks for efficient and scalable project delivery. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring on-time and high-quality project outcomes . What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Head of Delivery, Delivery Director, or similar senior role in FinTech or Financial Services. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing mid-to-large delivery teams . Deep expertise in Agile delivery frameworks, SAFe, or similar methodologies . Strong stakeholder management abilities across technology, product, and executive leadership . Experience in customer integrations, digital transformations, or large-scale tech rollouts .
