Arriba Group's purpose is "empowering lives together" and as the Head of Property Operations, you will play a key role in ensuringAimBig Employment's physical environment is safe, efficient and conducive to productivity. This position involves overseeing the acquisition of new facilities, ensuring maintenance and security of existing properties, and coordinating with contractors and vendors to achieve operational excellence.Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee facility-related projects, including renovations, expansion, and new constructions. Manage space allocation to maximize efficiency and support business needs. Oversee upkeep, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of all facilities. Plan and coordinate installations (telecommunications, heating, electricity, etc.). Inspect buildings to identify repair and renovation needs. Develop facility management policies and procedures to enhance operations. Coordinate with departments and contractors to ensure timely project completion. In addition to the above, you will be responsible for security, risk management, and compliance, as well as contractor management and on-time, within-budget delivery of the facilities projects. Measuring and rewarding success is key to upholding our customer-focus and quality-orientation. Key deliverables are not limited to but include the completion of the projects on time and within budget, high performance and reliability from contractors and service providers, optimization of space, as well as clear and transparent communication with the Executive Leadership team.About You To excel in this role you will bring: 10 plus years of experience in facilities management or a related field. Strong project management and budgeting skills. Proven ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
