Head of R&D for IoT and Energy Integration The Head of R&D for IoT and Energy Integration is a pivotal role focused on developing innovative hardware connectivity solutions for energy efficiency products. This leader will manage IoT product integration, oversee an offshore team of software developers, and drive advancements in app and backend systems. Experience in HVAC and energy storage systems is highly valued to support cutting-edge product development. Key Responsibilities: Develop hardware connectivity solutions for energy efficiency products, ensuring seamless integration with software systems. Oversee the integration of IoT devices with the company’s app, backend systems, and platforms. Manage and guide an offshore team of software developers to meet project goals and timelines. Drive research and development initiatives to enhance product performance and customer experience. Stay abreast of IoT trends, energy standards, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with company objectives. Provide technical expertise for the development of energy storage systems, batteries, and HVAC products. Qualifications: Proven experience in Research & Development, IoT product management and system integration. Strong understanding of hardware connectivity solutions and IoT platforms. Experience managing offshore software development teams. Experience with energy storage systems or HVAC systems is preferred. Excellent leadership and project management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
