About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive revenue growth and performance for Sydney. Reporting to the GM of Retail Media, you’ll lead a team of three direct reports, strategically increasing sales and strengthening client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Grow Revenue: Own Sydney’s revenue performance, improving sales outcomes through leadership, strategy, and execution. Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed targets. Client & Agency Engagement: Build and strengthen relationships across brands, agencies, and key stakeholders. Retail Media Expansion: Drive business development in the rapidly growing Retail Media sector. Who You Are: A proven sales leader with experience in media, digital advertising, or retail media . Skilled in client & agency management with a strong commercial mindset. Passionate about data-driven marketing and its role in shaping retail engagement.
