This leadership and growth role will see you drive sales and corporate partnerships for a leading online brand. Working with the CEO and Head of Strategy, you will own revenue, gross margin, and customer satisfaction targets across the B2B channel. You will lead and continue to build the team across Business Development, Customer Success, and Sales. You will secure major deals for the brand, define the sales enablement agenda, prioritise investment to drive increased market share in the Workforce Development market, as well as lead the team on pitches, proposals, and tender submissions.
