The Position This is a newly created role for someone to come in and build upon the national sales team within a rapidly growing business. You will be required to build and develop a sales strategy to create a fine-tune the sales function creating a greater presence and awareness of the business in the market to inform customers of products, capabilities and local manufacturing. The Individual Ideally you will have previously managed a state or national sales team in the packaging industry and be able to drive the sales engine using your expertise in both sales and leadership. You will have an understanding of the entire sales process from lead generation, relationship building and deal closing. You will provide the mentoring and coaching to your national sales team and be a leader to inspire others to be high performers.
