Position Overview: This newly created role will report to the Managing Director and will be part of the executive leadership group. They are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Sales & Product to lead their sales and product teams in executing a renewed vision for growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, and ensuring exceptional value is delivered to clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader with a passion for sales, people leadership, and product/channel development across the Interior Design & A&D markets. You will have the ability to influence key business decisions across the organization and help shape the renewed future vision. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve clearly defined business growth targets across key markets, managing a high-performance sales team. Product Strategy: Research new aligned products that fit with the vision of representing world-class sustainable interior solutions. Team Development: Mentor, coach, and build a collaborative sales and product team, fostering a culture of high performance. Market Insights & Strategy: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product innovation and sales tactics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and product strategies. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align on strategic goals and sales targets. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role with a strong background in industries interacting closely with interior designers and architects. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from market research to product launch. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
