Our comprehensive services include quarterly, annual, and major inspections, spare parts supply, repairs, rebuilds, refurbishments, painting services, and training programs . Our commitment to safety, quality, and innovation ensures our customers receive outstanding products and services that enhance equipment longevity and performance. We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Service to lead and grow our service department. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring technical expertise, strong coordination skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee workshop production and daily operations. Manage on-hire and off-hire documentation , ensuring accuracy and compliance. Complete all required service documentation efficiently. Coordinate service jobs , ensuring timely and effective maintenance and repairs. Oversee spare parts management and stock control. Prepare and provide service quotes to customers. Liaise with suppliers to source quality parts and services. Ensure ACM’s fleet is well-maintained , serviced, and compliant. Play a key role in building and expanding the service department . Must be available to work Saturdays. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Diesel Mechanic with hands-on experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to work independently while leading a team .
