Our client, an international insurer, seeks a seasoned Head of Settlements to oversee their Motor claims Settlements team. About the Role: Provide strategic leadership across claims settlements with a robust budget and a team with our extended FTE team. Drive operational performance: track key metrics, improve process efficiency, and lead risk mitigation. Collaborate with stakeholders in finance, legal, and ops to foster an environment of efficiency and compliance. Implement cutting-edge automation and decision-engine technology. What You'll Need: 7+ years in insurance leadership, ideally in motor (or insurance) claims/settlements management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a flair for data-driven improvements. Ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team while driving results.
