Our Supply and Category department focuses on optimizing resource management, fostering supplier relationships, and driving category performance to support our clients and members' success. About the Role Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Supply & Category leads a talented team, including the Senior Category Manager, Category Manager, and Replenishment Manager. You’ll drive innovation, implement strategic resource management models, and champion customer-centric solutions that enhance business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with business goals. Implement strategies to optimize supply chain and category operations. Drive the execution of category strategies focused on client-centric solutions. Oversee supplier engagement programs to build strong partnerships. Negotiate high-value deals to align with organizational priorities. Support the resolution of complex supplier issues. Operational Excellence Ensure effective stock management and replenishment processes. Develop pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies to maximize profitability. Oversee compliance with contracts and industry standards. Market Insights & Innovation Analyze market trends to inform strategies and drive performance. Turn insights into actionable plans to enhance innovation and customer satisfaction. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth. Documentation & Knowledge Management Actively document processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure operational consistency and knowledge sharing. About You Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field (preferred). Experience Extensive experience in supply chain or category management within retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG sectors. Proven success in implementing strategic resource management models. Strong history of managing supplier relationships and negotiating agreements. Skills Strategic thinker with a balance of operational execution and long-term planning. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced project management and data-driven decision-making abilities.
