Lead leadership and talent development initiatives across the APAC region. Design and deliver transformational leadership programs at all career stages. Build succession planning frameworks to nurture high-potential talent. Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with future needs. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth . Your Key Responsibilities Develop and execute leadership development programs for senior leaders. Implement succession planning strategies to future-proof SEEK’s leadership. Use data-driven insights to drive talent decisions and program effectiveness. Lead and coach a team of Talent & Leadership Consultants to high performance. Build coaching, mentorship, and inclusive leadership initiatives . Proven expertise in high-potential identification and succession planning . Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills for talent strategies. Experience designing leadership programs at the executive level. Exceptional stakeholder management , engaging CPOs and senior business leaders. A strategic and empathetic leadership style , inspiring high-performance teams.
