Job Title: Service Delivery Manager - Technology Location: Sydney Job Summary: The Service Delivery Manager - Technology will lead and manage the entire technology function, ensuring seamless operations across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, ITSM, Data & Analytics, and Applications. This role involves driving enhanced user experience, fostering a culture of automation, continuous improvements, and leveraging cross-team synergies to deliver exceptional service outcomes. The Service Delivery Manager - Technology will collaborate closely with General Managers (GMs) and the CIO of the customer organization to align technology initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Oversee day-to-day operations of the technology function, ensuring stability, scalability, and efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience across all technology services. Promote a culture of innovation, automation, and continuous improvement. Functional Management: Manage Service Desk, Digital Workplace Services, Network, and Cloud Operations. Ensure robust measures to protect organizational data and systems. Streamline processes and improve IT service management practices. Oversee data-driven initiatives to support business intelligence and decision-making. Manage enterprise applications, including SAP, Anaplan, Salesforce, Optimizely, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ESRI, and other non-ERP apps. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with GMs and the CIO, understanding their priorities and aligning technology services accordingly. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology-related matters. Service and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization, and process enhancements. Implement best practices to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Analytics and Reporting: Leverage analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel. Foster a high-performance culture within the technology team. Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for team members. Key Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in managing large, diverse technology functions, including Infrastructure, Applications, and Cybersecurity. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior executives like CIOs and GMs. Excellent problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking abilities. Expertise in automation, continuous improvement, and service enhancement initiatives. Proficiency in analytical tools and strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SuccessFactors. A track record of driving digital transformation initiatives. Certifications in ITIL, Agile, or relevant technology frameworks are a plus.
